Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had nice and big rooms that were comfortable, clean, and had all the extras you'd hope for. The service was very helpful, and they sorted us out with like-for-like accommodation for our stay. The location was superb, with plenty of parking and ideal for our requirements. The dining experience was first-class, with plenty of choice and good quality food. Overall, a great stay with some areas for improvement.
The hotel has large rooms with two King size beds and a well-laid-out bathroom, although it was challenging to cool them down in early February. The service was excellent overall, but there was a slight concern about personnel hygiene. The location is good for exploring Devon or making your way into Cornwall, with a spacious car park for convenience. The dining experience offers a diverse selection of dishes from full English to continental options at a reasonable price.
The hotel rooms were very big and comfortable with 2 double beds, clean, tidy, and spacious. The staff were professional and friendly, with good lifts and a nice restaurant/bar. The location was convenient for those traveling by car, with no small shops nearby. The dining experience was poor overall, with limited options available. The facilities were minimal but adequate for a short stay.
The hotel room was clean and spacious with plenty of clothes storage, but the price was rather expensive for what was offered, reaching close to £200 for the night. The room featured two double beds, and there were some fitness equipment like a bike and a treadmill.
The hotel offers big and comfy rooms, but noise from the New Year's Eve party could be a disturbance. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing a range of services. The location is convenient for exploring Plymouth, although some minor issues were noted. The dining experience offers good quality food but with some service hiccups. Overall, a lovely stay with a few minor drawbacks.
